SUPER HAWING SUPER HADING BREAD


21/2 c water

2 T yeast

1/4 C oil

1/4 C honey

2 tsp salt

7 C flour


Add the first 5 ingredients to a mixer.  Turn the mixer off and add the flour in big chunks at a time.  When finished, let rise until double or triple in size, then knead down and let rise again.  Make the dough into round balls the size of your hand and cook in oven 350º for about 15 minutes.


Caleb's secret ingredients….spread peanut butter on a Mr. Goodbar and put inside the dough.  You may also bury a pumpkin seed in the dough up top.
