NSA

Network Spinal Analysis

Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a combination of low-force Chiropractic techniques that use the spinal bones as levers to release tension on the meninges (ligaments that connect the nerves to the inside of the spinal bones), thereby decreasing the traction and rotation tensions on the spinal cord itself, allowing the nervous system to increase its function closer to its natural, balanced, and optimum state again.

NSA is a 'wellness care' based approach. That means when you receive NSA on a routine basis, your body is able to not only improve its health, but also avoid getting ill, as demonstrated by a study at UC Irvine, Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology.

Network Care has a direct effect on client self-reported wellness which is twice that expected from healthy lifestyle practices (exercise, risk avoidance, optimal food choices). Network also has a major indirect effect on wellness by promoting healthy life-style choices."

Dr. Rodgers has delivered pure NSA wellness for years. Wellness care is based on routine weekly or multi-weekly visits. Wellness care also does not alter based on the symptoms someone is experiencing, but focuses on the overall changes of relaxation of the tissues in the spine.

Dr. Rodgers is also instinctively concerned and focuses on the pains and aches people feel. Therefore, she delivers NSA with 2 options:

1) NSA by itself as wellness care. If you desire this approach, ask for a specific monthly plan of visit frequency and cost, as it is not listed on the site, nor can be scheduled online.

2) AIMM and NSA - this is Personalized Care. Read about AIMM.
